Lancome Color Fever Lipcolor - 130 Soho Red

Lancome's Color Fever Lipcolor in 130 Soho Red is a coral red. It is a creamy consistency and very nice to wear. The colour is bright, which is refreshing for me here in Melbourne where the weather is currently cold and days are dark early. I'd forgotten I had this lipstick and was very pleased to rediscover it.

Lancome Rouge LAbsolu Nu Lipstick - 102 Rouge Nu

I bought this lipstick because I have a weakness for packaging and was keen on the print on the lid! The lipstick is sheer and glossy and not all that revolutionary (the lid is the best part). I thought the colour may be brighter and redder, but actually turns quite pink on my lips. The fragrance is fairly standard to Lancome's lip products. Nice shade if you are new to red lipstick or want to wear something subtle.

Lancome L'Absolu Rouge Lipcolour - 190 Rouge Eternel

My Dad just returned from Canada and purchased me Lancome's L'Absolu Rouge Lipcolour in 190 Rouge Eternel. It is a beautiful bright golden red with lots of shine - an instant face brightener!

Lancome Color Fever Dewy Shine - Smooth Shine Sensual Lipcolor - 105 Red Drop

I saw Lancome's Color Fever Dewy Shine 105 Red Drop on Strawberrynet and could not resist. I was a huge fan of Lancome's Juicy Rouge in 133 Sorbet (now extinct) and thought it could be a suitable replacement. It was difficult to gauge the colour swatches on line, so I ordered the brightest looking red available.
Despite the brightness of the lipstick itself, when applied, the shade is very very sheer. It is incredibly glossy and glassy in appearance and has gold flecks in it. Unlike most Lancome lip products I own, there is no fragrance. The other notable difference is that this product is made in Japan, which makes me think it could be an Asia exclusive item. Lovely to try - I would be inclined to recommend this product to those who are scared of red lipstick and are looking for a 'safe' red colour!

Lancome L'Absolu Rouge Lipcolour - 134 Idole

I purchased Lancome's L'Absolu Rouge lipstick in 134 Idole a few months back when I was at my peak of wearing orange reds. I wanted something 'different'. Initially I thought the colour may have been a little too orange, but I was pleasantly surprised when the the orange morphed into a beautiful bright red (thanks to the pink in me)! The lipstick is great - it is light and creamy and very easy to wear. It has even convinced be to go back to the Lancome counter for more red shades.

Lancome Color Fever Matte Lipstick - 151 Avant Garde Red

I love Matte lipstick so when I discovered Lancome's Color Fever Matte Lipstick in 151 - Red Avant-Garde I bought it straight away.
The texture and pigment are amazing. It is lightweight, the colour stays bright and vibrant and it does not bleed. I love love love everything about this stunning lipstick.

I was delighted to read on Karla Sugar's website that Lancome have released a new Matte range in the United States - Color Design Matte. I wonder if it will reach the shores of Oz?
